Aparna Piramal Raje has formidably put forward her journey as a Bipolar in her latest book ‘Chemical Khichdi – How I Hacked my Mental Health’. It’s a candid narrative of her experiences, struggles, lows and highs, and the inward sojourn to find the true self. Usually, anyone suffering from a mental disorder has two lives—one for the world and one that is confronted in the lonely shadows of insecurity and inhibitions. Aparna has seen it all.

She brings forth the not so invigorating journey as a Bipolar, but is truly inspirational.

She signed the copies of her new book and was forthcoming in discussing the mental health issues and how mental well-being is still a topic brushed under the carpet.

Aparna is a writer, columnist, educator, public speaker and an advisor.
