In whispered tones two hearts aligned

Me and you

 escaped the humdrum of our lives

to nestle in nature so sublime

Lassitude faded as we found our way

Through lush green fields and wide expanse

 We weave a tapestry of fond memories

Beneath the sky’s serene glow

Under night’s silence and day’s uproar

Our words entwined with a warm embrace

‘We are now here

Let’s sneak precious moments

And fill them with cheer’

In our close proximity

Beneath the old oak tree

When abscissions leave fell with ease

We shared our deepest fears

‘Do you ever worry what lies ahead?’

‘I do sometimes’, you softly said

‘But together, we shall tread’

An assurance softly shared

Amidst pristine lakes and unblemished snow- clad peaks

A sight so resplendent and serene

Our dreams unfurled in light conversation

‘I yearn for us to stay together

‘Let’s strive to endeavor together’

our laughter echoed

In the symphony of cascading waterfall

With our feet entangled in a joyful rhythm

We rekindled our first encounter

 ‘Do you remember when we first met?

Yes, I was drawn towards you, I ‘ll never forget’

While we navigated labyrinth of unknown valley

We climbed to the peaks of understanding

‘Together we promise to continue to be globetrotters

‘Explore every corner of the world’

Bound not only by love but also adventure’

When day dissolved to evening blush

Embracing twilight’s hush

With fingers entwined and our mellifluous gaze

We spoke in silence

‘Me and you  in this place so divine

Our blessed to find love

A treasure many pine’

With a backpack of precious moments

We pledged to come back

‘Let’s make it a point

To come back again

To forge a bond ever stronger with time”
